We, PT Global Transaksi Bersama Sejahtera, affirm our commitment in conducting company operations as follows:

1. We are committed to avoiding any conflict of interest that may affect the independence and objectivity of the certification process. We do not accept, either directly or indirectly, any form of pressure, bribery, or intervention from internal or external parties that may influence certification outcomes. Every certification decision is made independently based on objective evidence, without external influence or specific interests.

2. We guarantee that the entire certification process is conducted honestly, objectively, and in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. We uphold transparency and will always provide clear, accurate, and accountable information to all relevant parties. We ensure that all policies and operational procedures comply with the applicable laws and are open to evaluation and audits by the authorities.

3. We always comply with national and international regulations and standards applicable to the certification process. We ensure that all company policies and procedures align with legal provisions.

4. We do not involve auditors or personnel who have business relationships or personal interests with the certified party. We ensure that each certification decision is made independently, based on objective evidence, and without external influence. We continuously identify and ensure that any risks related to standards and impartiality are minimized. Any conflicts that arise will be investigated and resolved appropriately.

5. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information obtained during the certification process, including that of participants and exam results. Information will only be used for certification purposes and will not be misused or disclosed without official consent from the relevant parties. Any violation of confidentiality principles will be dealt with according to applicable provisions.

6. We are open to receiving input and complaints from third parties regarding potential or actual violations of impartiality, fairness, and confidentiality principles. Complaints can be submitted via the official email address with clear identity and complete information through the available Contact Us page.

7. We may collaborate with external training institutions that provide preparatory training for certification conducted by LSP GTBS. We are committed to maintaining our independence, objectivity, and impartiality by not being involved in any training activities that could influence the certification process. The training outcomes or certificates issued by such institutions do not guarantee success in the certification examination and do not influence any certification decisions made by LSP GTBS.
