2 How to Get Started

The following steps are required to take the certification exam:

Application online using the following registration form. Register Now
Submit your application and make payment immediately.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer or internet banking which will be updated via email after submitting the application.
We will provide you with a handbook as study materials and inform you of the online test link before the test.
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email from GTBS to schedule your exam.

3 The Testing

Professional Testing for VPTF and VPCM will take 2 hours 30 minutes. Consist of multiple-choice, designed to test knowledge and its application. The examination consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, split in to two sections:

Section A – 90 multiple-choice questions (include true or false question).
Section B – four case studies with 10 linked multiple-choice questions.

There is no penalty for guessing. Avoid leaving any questions unanswered to maximize your chances of passing.

Once you have registered, you can choose when to take the exam based on the dates provided.

Once you have successfully completed the test, we will post your qualification certificate within 2 days after being review by the assessor.

What you need to know before taking the testing

Identification (ID) Requirements

You must have a valid form of identification with a photo and signature (ID card/driving licence/passport). The name on the identification must match the name used for registration.

The full name used by the candidate to register must exactly match the full name on forms of identification presented on the day of the test.

Examination Day

Please be prepare and log in 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to register.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy Regarding Your Exam Date

No refunds will be issued to individuals who request to withdraw from the exam after registration. You may also reschedule or cancel through the GTBS mobile number or email (+62 812-3268-6882 or team@globaltbs.org ) up to 24-72 hours before the exam.

Examination Integrity/ Professional Dishonesty

The examination performance of all candidates are monitored and analyzed for the purpose of detecting and verifying any form of cheating. Candidates are strictly prohibited to disclose exam materials, including questions or answers. Prohibition includes discussing test content with anyone, recording, copying or disclosing in whole or partially directly or indirectly in any form. GTBS has the sole rights to revoke the test if it is indicated by sole judgement of GTBS that the candidate is cheating.
