Complaints Process

If you have a complaint regarding LSP GTBS certification process or services, the handling process is as follows:

  1. Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to team@globaltbs.org by filling out the Complaint Form (download).

  2. GTBS LSP will investigate and handle complaints received.

  3. Responses or resolutions to complaints will be communicated to applicants in writing via email within a maximum of 14 working days after the documents are received in full.
