Complaints Process
If you have a complaint regarding LSP GTBS certification process or services, the handling process is as follows:

Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to team@globaltbs.org by filling out the Complaint Form (download).

GTBS LSP will investigate and handle complaints received.
-
Responses or resolutions to complaints will be communicated to applicants in writing via email within a maximum of 14 working days after the documents are received in full.
