CERTIFICATION PROCEDURE
GLOBAL TRANSACTION BANKING SPECIALIST (GTBS)

REGISTRATION SUBMISSION :

Submit your registration online through the following form: bit.ly/GTBS-Registration or click Register Now on the website www.globaltbs.org.

Complete the Participant Integrity Pact Form, which will be sent to your registered email along with the payment invoice.

Submit the completed Integrity Pact Form and make the payment as per the invoice.

TEST PREPARATION AND INSTRUCTIONS :

Upon confirmation of registration, participants will receive an email of approval to take the certification test, including the test schedule and readiness confirmation.

Participants will be provided with a certification material handbook as well as the Testing Policy and Procedure for technical guidance during the test.

TEST IMPLEMENTATION :

Three days prior to the test (D-3), participants will receive an email containing the official test link.

Participants will access the test link according to the selected schedule and follow the online test instructions.

Test supervision will be conducted automatically using proctoring tools to ensure test integrity.

RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT :

Test results will be sent via email within a maximum of 7 working days after the test.

Participants who pass the test will receive a digital certificate via email.

Complaints and appeals may be submitted in writing via email, letter, WhatsApp to LSP GTBS at +62 812-3268-6882, or through the official complaint form provided by the LSP.

Complaints may be submitted by certification participants, assessors, or third parties, and must include complete information such as name, identity, and a description of the complaint.

An appeal must be submitted in writing by the applicant within a maximum of 30 working days from the date the disputed certification decision was received.

Participants who do not pass may take one retest within 6 months by contacting the WhatsApp Admin.

Recertification follows the same requirements as the initial certification and must be completed 1–3 months before the 3-year validity period expires.
